Consultation & Training

During my career, I have served as consultant and trainer to individuals, groups and organizations in a variety of capacities. Some examples of these opportunities include: 

• One-on-one clinical consultation with licensed therapists on how to effectively work with communities, such as Latine, LGBTQ+, Nonmonogamous, and Kink. 
• 1 of 14 members on the Models of Care Committee at Kaiser Permanente to develop a  Northern California mental health care model to better treat patients across the state. 
• One-on-one consultation to licensed psychotherapists to coach, support, and guide them on their path to becoming effective clinical supervisors. 
• Student lectures on working effectively with special client populations, including People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA)
• Presented designed of Behavioral Medicine program to professional colleagues and allied conferences, including National Latinx Psychological Association.
